New Logo & Brand Styling @ Tech Image

Do not be alarmed if you noticed new green colouring, a new logo, and some new fonts on this here website over the weekend. We’ve decided to go all Cyber Monday and apply our new Brand Identity during the Black Friday weekend.

Nothing has changed except the styling is intended to be a little cleaner, to help you understand where you are, and recognise our emails and (forthcoming) social channels, which we’re adding to announce new product lines in the coming weeks and months.

What’s That 3pm Shipping Banner?

If you’re particularly sharp-eyed, you’ll also note there is a new banner at the top which says “Order before 3pm to guarantee next business day delivery” – while we haven’t changed our 5pm cut-off time, we are finding that busy times lead to difficulties getting all our orders processed before the DPD next day guarantee, and we may need to slide this time back in Q4 (the lead up to Christmas) or if we continue to experience growth.

Don’t panic though, if we do change anything, we’ll always announce that change.

To be safe, as we are in busy season, order well before 3pm and Next Day will always be our standard delivery option.

Other New or Soon-to-be-New Features

There’s a few other pointers we’re going to weave into the website some more soon, based on the fact some customers have been unsure about these points:

  • Everything we sell is brand new – except if it is labeled as “graded” or “refurbished” in which case, those items should still arrive “factory re-sealed”.
  • Stock quantities are updated in real time, however, because we sell in high volumes to business and school customers, sometimes stock can rapidly change; this does in some small cases result in relatively large amounts of stock becoming instantly unavailable.
  • We can put items onto backorder if this is requested – and we’re considering adding this to the website. Please leave a comment below if you’d be interested in placing backorders or pre-order on out-of-stock items – both are in the works.
  • We’d love to hear if you have comments or suggestions on our buying and shipping processes – leave them in the comments section.
