This is a common question business customers ask. A VAT invoice is attached to an initial order email – however, some mail programs block the email, we think because a lot of spam email has PDF invoices attached.
To download your own VAT invoices, please follow the steps below:
- Visit the My Account page
- Register an account using the same email address you ordered with
- Once validated, your order(s) will be connected to your new account – in My Account you can find and download / print your order VAT invoices.
